Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a PE-Enrollment & Billing specialist where you will play a crucial role in managing membership data using Facets. With a focus on commercial insurance enrollment you will ensure accuracy and efficiency in billing processes. This night shift office-based role requires excellent English language skills and offers an opportunity to contribute to impactful projects.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain membership data using Facets to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Collaborate with team members to streamline enrollment processes and improve efficiency.

Analyze membership data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.

Provide support in resolving enrollment and billing discrepancies to ensure customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless integration of membership data.

Monitor billing processes to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.

Assist in developing strategies to enhance enrollment and billing operations.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address concerns and provide solutions.

Utilize technical skills to troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to membership data.

Contribute to the development of best practices for enrollment and billing procedures.

Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry standards and practices.

Support the team in achieving departmental goals and objectives.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in all enrollment and billing activities.

Qualifications

Demonstrate proficiency in using Facets for membership management.

Possess strong analytical skills to interpret membership data effectively.

Exhibit excellent communication skills in English for stakeholder interactions.

Show familiarity with commercial insurance enrollment processes.

Display problem-solving abilities to address billing discrepancies.

Have a keen eye for detail to ensure data accuracy.
