Job Description
Job Summary:
IntouchCX is hiring a Recruiter Bulk Hiring with hands-on experience in mass hiring, volume hiring, and end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have exposure to BPO hiring / non-IT recruitment and strong sourcing skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle bulk hiring / mass hiring for multiple open positions
- End-to-end recruitment lifecycle management
- Sourcing through Naukri, job portals, social media, referrals
- Resume screening and candidate shortlisting
- Interview coordination and follow-ups
- Offer rollout and joining follow-up
- Maintain recruitment MIS and daily hiring tracker
- Achieve hiring targets within TAT
Eligibility:
- Minimum 6 months experience in bulk / volume hiring
- Good communication skills
- Strong sourcing and screening skills
- Target-driven and ability to work under pressure
