Role Overview
We are looking for a visionary and hands-on Head of Data Science & AI with strong experience in data science, machine learning, and AI-driven analytics to lead the organizations data strategy and analytics initiatives.
In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of the technology stack, driving a data-driven business roadmap that delivers measurable ROI. The role requires both strategic leadership and hands-on involvement in model development and deployment to support executive decision-making.

Experience
- Minimum 7+ years of industry experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field
- Proven experience leading AI / Data Science initiatives that delivered significant business impact
Required Technical Skills
Programming & ML
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Experience with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch
Cloud & Data Stack
- Strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Experience with:
- Vertex AI
- BigQuery
- Agentic AI
AI & Data Analytics Stack
- Deep understanding of:
- Data Warehousing
- ETL / ELT pipelines
- MLOps
Visualization
- Experience with Power BI
- Exposure to custom web/mobile dashboards
Leadership & Soft Skills
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to manage end-to-end project lifecycle
- Experience in data governance frameworks and executive-level reporting

- Define and own the data science and analytics technology stack
- Develop and execute data-driven business roadmaps
- Provide executive decision support through advanced analytics
AI Model Development
- Hands-on involvement in AI modeling and machine learning development
- Deploy scalable ML models into production environments
- Build predictive models and data pipelines using GCP tools
Business Intelligence
- Develop dashboards for sales channels and business teams
- Drive data-driven decision-making to improve sales and reduce operational costs
Governance & Quality
- Establish data governance frameworks
- Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance
- Promote best practices in coding, testing, and documentation
Collaboration
- Work with Product, Engineering, and Business teams
- Identify opportunities to apply AI/ML solutions
