OPENING FOR AN HR RECRUITER
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to meet the companys staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct telephonic and initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
- Post job openings on portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri.com, and Indeed.
- Follow up with candidates and manage offer rollouts.
- Assist in onboarding and joining formalities.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques.
- Basic understanding of HR processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 13 years of recruitment experience preferred.
