Setting up annual training plan, implement and monitor
Create adequate training repositories, evaluate and improve (training slides, reading manual, assessment tools, monitoring methods etc)
Work closely with medical & marketing team to understand the requirements and deliver training content suitably
Constantly evaluate training methodologies to bring the best outcome within given time schedule. Keep raising the training standards
Carry out progress of trainees to make sure that the knowledge imbibed is translated to actionable elements
Carry out regular field work to observe the actual implementation in the market; help improve the effectiveness of sales team members
Monitor progress of trainees /new recruiters in terms of learning and chosen objectives
Provide relevant inputs to line managers on recruitment (to get best talent within the allocated budget)
