Job Description
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business units to elicit requirements and document pain points.
- Evaluate requirements, perform fitment studies in T24, identify native product solutions, and propose custom solutions.
- Drive awareness of requirements and solutions among squad members and other stakeholders.
- Author and update internal documentation like User Stories, and socialize them with stakeholders to secure sign-off.
- Develop meaningful relationships with stakeholders to create value.
- Provide thorough quality assurance at every stage of Agile systems development by collaborating with QA members.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or business administration.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Ability to read and analyze T24 code, perform impact analysis, and write SQL queries.
- Knowledge of T24 Accounting, Soft/Rule-based Accounting, and migration solutions.
- Strong analytical and reasoning abilities.
- Excellent communication skills to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- At least three years of experience in T24 modules such as Securities, Derivatives, AA Loans, Deposits, and Core modules of T24.
- Preferred experience in T24 migration, particularly in migration solutions for Securities, AA, Limits, Collaterals, Deposits (MM), AC modules.
- Go-getter, solution-oriented, open to challenges, embraces dynamic and diverse work culture, and works independently.
