Qualification Required- BE / Diploma in EEE or ECE
Hardware:
Hands on design experience in following
- Analog & Digital Circuits
- High speed board design
- Microcontroller & FPGA
- PCB design & simulations for highspeed boards
- EMI/EMC design
- Nice to have Medical device development experience
Location: Bangalore /Mysore
Experience 4 -10 years
- Proficiency in planning, developing HW and system reqs, HW architecture and HW design for medical products as per ISO13485 std and other relevant medical stds.
Hands-on experience in HW design involving Processors and MCUs (like iMX8 series)
Good experience in developing hardware for communication protocols like I2C, SPI, CAN and UART, motor drivers, motors (BLDC, Pumps etc), Solenoids, valves, Sensors and detectors, ADC interface, LCD/LED displays, Opto isolators, power supply as part of Analog and Mixed signal design.
Calculation of design calculations, power calculation, impendence calculation using the HW tools.
Proficiency in developing the HW schematics and Bill of material, coordinating with PCB engr for placement, pin-mapping, PCB stack-up definition, layout, gerber generation.
Coordination with suppliers for developing the protos and board bring up activity.
Proficiency on developing Board level protocols, and testing through using oscilloscope, multimeter, function generators etc.
Medical HW regulatory experience with knowledge in good documentation practices and processes, IEC 60601-1 3rd edition testing, IEC60601-1-2 EMI/EMC testing, Risk analysis, DFMEA etc.
