- Designation - Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager - Finance Business Partner FPNA
- Location - Anywhere from India but should travel to Pune or Bangalore office 1 week in a quarter on company expenses
- Shift - 1 pm to 10 pm
- Qualification - CA with 5+ yrs exp
Finance Business Partner Offshore
Were looking for a Finance Business Partner who will operate offshore in location but be
fully embedded into the Retail finance team in every other way. This role is not about
supporting from the sidelines its about stepping into the same responsibilities,
expectations, and impact as any other team member. Youll work closely with senior
management and cross-functional teams to deliver financial insight, drive performance, and
shape strategic decisions.
Role Overview
Youll be a trusted partner to our onsite leadership, providing reliable data, sharp analysis,
and forward-looking projections. Your insights will directly influence planning, performance and business strategy and you will be expected to challenge, collaborate, and lead just like
your onshore peers.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to develop financial strategies aligned with company goals.
- Deliver insightful analysis and reporting to support high-quality decision-making.
- Collaborate across departments to meet financial objectives and drive improvements.
- Conduct regular reviews and forecasts to highlight trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes with precision and strategic alignment.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
- Identify and implement process enhancements for greater financial efficiency.
- Support new initiatives with robust business cases and financial models.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Skills & Experience
Were looking for someone who brings both technical expertise and a collaborative mindset.
Youll be expected to operate with autonomy, initiative, and influence just like any other
member of the team.
Essential Skills:
- Strong working knowledge of the insurance brokerage business.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Solid grasp of accounting, financial, and operational principles.
- Experience developing financial reports and performance metrics.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional projects and build consensus.
- Strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability.
- High attention to detail and strong time management.
Preferred Experience:
- Prior exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and financial systems
- Experience documenting processes and policies
- Ability to structure information clearly (e.g. business cases)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Other Requirements:
- Valid Indian passport (minimum one year before expiry)
- Existing US or UK visa preferred (minimum one year validity)
