Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, pleadings, legal opinions, and regulatory submissions under supervision
Conduct legal research and prepare brief note and summaries, on applicable laws and precedents for the meeting
Support client onboarding, documentation collation, and coordination with stakeholders and authorities and draft a Letter of Engagement
Attend client calls and internal briefings, taking detailed notes and following up on action items
Send follow-up and update emails to the client on the matter
Coordinate with courts, registry and other relevant regulatory authorities directly or through associates, ensuring timely filings, procedural compliance, and effective communication on behalf of the firm under the direction of the supervisor
Coordinate with Paralegals and Interns for document management, filing, and administrative support
Maintain and update deadline, calendars, and task lists
Perform quality checks on documentation to ensure formatting,references, and compliance standards
Prepare newsletters for publications
Arrange documents and coordinate with the client for notarization
Shadow senior team members during negotiations, hearings, and client interactions for training and exposure
Proofreading of legal documents including contracts, pleadings, transaction documents, and court bundles before sending it to the client or any other party to the matter
Conduct preliminary legal research and compile reference materials, regulatory updates, and checklists as requested by the team
Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions, legal trainings, and internal workshops.
