Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for store and frontline roles (SI, Department Managers, Team
Leaders, SSA etc.)
- Partner with Area Managers / Store Managers to understand manpower needs and timelines.
- Source candidates through multiple channels job portals, social media, referrals, local networks,
and field sourcing.
- Conduct initial screening, assess suitability, and coordinate interviews.
- Ensure hiring TAT and quality are maintained as per business requirements.
- Maintain and update daily hiring trackers and dashboards.
- Drive initiatives for improving sourcing channels and candidate experience.
- Prior experience in managing the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Knowledge / Education
- Graduate in any stream with 2-3 yrs experience in recruitment.
- Candidates with a background in retail industry preferred.
- Prior exposure to store-level hiring (SM, DM, etc)
- Strong communication, coordination, and networking skills.
- Knowledge of Telugu is a must (spoken).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
