Job Description Key Responsibilities
- Sales Support Liaison: Assist in communication and coordination between Sales Operations and the US Wound Care Commercial Team, as directed.
- Order Processing Support: Accurately process and coordinate sales orders, ensuring all required information is captured for timely dispatch.
- CRM Data Management: Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate account details, order histories, and activity logs under supervision.
- Field Sales Assistance: Provide administrative and data support to field sales representatives, including documentation preparation and follow-ups.
- Communication Support: Assist in communication with physicians, clinics, and distributors regarding product availability, order status, and delivery timelines; escalate complex queries as needed.
- Report Generation Assistance: Generate and share routine daily and weekly reports on sales performance, open orders, and pipeline activity using standard templates.
- Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams such as Logistics, Finance, Compliance, and Customer Service for routine tasks and information sharing.
- Compliance Adherence Support: Assist in ensuring adherence to US compliance protocols and HTA documentation standards under guidance.
Shift Timing:
- US Shift: 9:30 PM IST to 6:30 AM IST
Medical Fitness Requirement:
- Candidates must be medically fit and capable of fulfilling night-shift responsibilities.
