Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage sales teams to achieve targets for affordable housing loans, home finance, and mortgages.
  
• Develop and execute strategies to increase market share in the affordable housing segment.
  
• Build relationships with key stakeholders, including DMAs, connectors, open market customers, and direct sales channels.
  
• Identify new business opportunities through field sales activities and expand existing customer base.
  
• Monitor performance metrics such as DSA productivity, DST conversion rates, and HL disbursements.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in Affordable Housing Loan/Home Finance/Mortgage industry.
  
• Strong understanding of affordable housing loan products (HL) and related regulations.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective relationship-building with customers and team members.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
