IntouchCX is hiring Customer Service Associates (Voice Process) for our International Voice Process in Hyderabad.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in handling voice support and possess excellent English communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound international voice calls
  
• Contact existing and prospective customers
  
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
  
• Resolve customer queries related to products and services
  
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  
• Maintain accurate customer records

Candidate Profile:

• Education: 10+2 (Mandatory), Diploma (3 years), Undergraduates, BE/B.Tech, or Graduates (Any Stream)
  
• Experience: Minimum 6 months in Voice Process
  
• Excellent English communication skills
  
• Willing to work in rotational shifts
  
• Immediate joiners preferred
