Roles and responsibilities

This opening will be on 3rd party payrolls and working for Reliance JIO.

Job Responsibilities:
Installation of Jio GigaFibre solutions
Understand and provide resolution to customer issues
Acquire and onboard new customers & INstallation of braodband device at customer place
Understand customer requirement to offer advanced/relevant solutions to them on Cabling and device installation

Mandatory Requirement :

1. <30 years of Age
2.Qualification : BE (0-2 years exp)

or Diploma in Electrical /Electronics (with 2yrs exp) Communication/Electronic

Required Candidate profile

Qualification:

B.Tech Fresher or Diploma with 2 years exp

Should be ready for Field job

knowledge about internet connectivity, installation and maintenance
Ability to work in a team
Good communication skills in order to interact with the customers
Ability to work within time constraints
Keep up to date with broadband technology and implement it
Ability to organize and work efficiently
