We are looking for dynamic and target-driven International Voice Sales Executives to handle outbound and inbound sales calls with international clients (US/UK/Australia). The candidate will be responsible for pitching produc

ts/services, handling objections, and closing sales over calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Make 80120 outbound calls to international prospects daily
• Handle inbound sales inquiries
• Identify customer needs and pitch appropriate solutions
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Handle objections and negotiate effectively
• Maintain accurate records in CRM
• Ensure timely follow-ups and closures

International Voice Sales Process

1. Lead allocation via CRM
2. Cold/Warm calling international clients
3. Qualifying prospects (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline)
4. Delivering effective sales pitch
5. Handling objections confidently
6. Closing the sale and processing payment
7. Post-sale follow-up and relationship management

Required Skills

• Excellent English communication (US/UK accent preferred)
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Experience in international sales/voice process
• Target-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in night shifts
