Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced AI Leader to drive AI strategy, build scalable AI/ML solutions, and lead enterprise AI initiative.

The role will focus on developing AI-driven solutions for customer acquisition, underwriting, claims analytics and fraud detection.

Role & responsibilities

Define and implement enterprise AI strategy.

Build and deploy AI / ML models.

Lead a team of Data Scientists and ML Engineers.

Work with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, and Underwriting.

Implement AI solutions for business optimization.

Ensure data governance and compliance.
