Job Description
- Agent Platform Solution Development : Participate in the design, development , and service/operatio n of the enterprise pro code AI agent platform on Azure , including Foundry integrations.
- Automate Cloud Infrastructure: Develop highly available , scalable, and reproducible Azure environments scripts using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform); implement CI/CD pipelines for platform components and configurations.
- Security & Compliance by Design: Implement robust controls across identity (RBAC) and policy guardrails (Azure Policy) aligned to enterprise and regulatory standards.
- Integrate Foundry & AI Services: Operationalize Microsoft Foundry and related AI/ML services to enable agentic applications and create run books for development teams.
- Reliability Engineering & Observability: Establish comprehensive monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting.
- Multi Environment Operations: Contribute to manage global environments and self service tenants .
- Bachelor s degree in computer science , Engineering, Statistics, or related field.
- 3 + years of professional experience, including 1 + years h ands on with Microsoft Azure services: compute (VMs, AKS), storage (Blob/SQL), networking ( VNet , NSGs), identity ( Service Principals /RBAC) , APIs (Azure API Management) web interfaces , agentic AI (Foundry/Agent 365) .
- Demonstrated experience using Terraform (or equivalent IaC ) and CI/CD (Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions).
- Collaborate with the Agent Platform team to m aintain key informational content and drive platform adoption .
- Superior problem solving and communication skills.
- Familiarity with telemetry and observability to instrument , generate, collect, and export telemetry data (metrics, logs, and traces) to help analyze agent s performance and behavior ( OpenTelemetry / Langfuse ) .
- Exposure to additional IaC /automation tools (ARM/Bicep, Ansible) and governance (Azure Policy) an asset .
- Certifications: Microsoft Certified (Azure Administrator/ Solutions Architect), HashiCorp Terraform Associate an asset .
