MIS Executive-Billing & Procurement @ CBRE

- Support in billing, MIS and Implementing procurement Strategies for the client, including developing and promoting supplier guidebook, enhance compliance requirements, optimize procurement process, roll out cost saving initiatives, and audit procurement related activities on accounts etc.

- As a part of the Procurement team, develop sourcing plans for categories as well as supplier strategies in transition, manage the tender process to ensure consistency of specifications, SLAs and processes; control risks and reduce cost.

- Work closely with operations on accounts and promote compliance and process. Conduct trainings of supply chain process quarterly or upon request, support accounts when there is an escalation of suppliers performance.

- Actively support client in identification, reporting and tracking of savings, spot saving opportunities to support sourcing plan, and initiate other supply chain activities to achieve country targets.
