Job Description

Key Responsibilities


  • Provide administrative and operational support to the US/UK teams.
  • Manage daytoday coordination tasks including scheduling meetings, updating records, and maintaining documentation.
  • Respond to emails, requests, and queries from international teams in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare and update reports, trackers, and logs as required.
  • Assist in onboarding paperwork, asset tracking, or support workflows as assigned.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all documentation.

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion Role & responsibilities
