Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Reconciliation
We are seeking a detail-oriented Reconciliation Analyst. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records by assisting in the reconciliation of accounts and resolving discrepancies. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professionals to gain valuable experience in financial analysis and contribute to the overall efficiency of our accounting processes. The candidate will support the TLM team at the Global Reconciliation Unit.
What were looking for in the candidate is an analyst who can confidently work on the reconciliation activity with relevant experience in dealing with TLM tool.
Responsibilities
Drive and manage the business requirements for the TLM reconciliation solution.
Analysing requirements to cover the end-to-end business processes and workflows.
Working closely with Project Manager, Stakeholders, and Subject Matter experts to deliver TLM functionality.
Guiding in the preparation of test cases for User Acceptance Test (UAT) in consultation with Ops and co-ordinate with them to process the cases.
Support process migrations to Ops and ensure relevant documentations are completed within the timelines.
Help with preparation of go-live test pack and engage with stakeholder in User Verification Testing (UVT) along with Ops teams on implementation date.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Graduation in any discipline
Extensive TLM system and workflow knowledge essential.
Working knowledge of reconciliations performed for the group.
An analytical, risk-based approach with good communication skills and team ethic required, though should be able to work autonomously when required
Knowledge of MS suite of applications required, preferably at Advanced level
Comfortable working in a 24/7 work Environment with Rotational shifts.
Available to work from Chennai or Bangalore city in hybrid model.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Excellent negotiation and communication skills Formal writing skills and verbal communication including presentation skills
Candidate with relevant work experience.
Self-disciplined, diligent, proactive and detail oriented
Ability to effectively manage time and individually prioritize multiple tasks of competing priority.
Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and data security standards.
