Key Responsibilities
- Identifying potential talent sources through social media, professional networks, and other efficient sourcing techniques.
- Building a robust candidate pipeline for the companys present and future requirements.
- Developing and executing successful strategies by working closely with the recruitment team.
- Negotiating with chosen candidates to minimize the overall cost per hire.
- Cultivating enduring relationships with passive candidates through their connections.
- Participating in seminars and workshops to stay updated on the latest trends and expand a solid professional network.
Required Skills
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Ability to learn and understand US hiring processes, job boards, and recruitment workflows.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Good analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Willingness to work in night shifts.
- Proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) is an advantage.

- High level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and handle deadlines.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn quickly.
Education
- Bachelors degree in any stream (BBA, B. Com, B. Tech, BA, MBA HR preferred but not mandatory).
