Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Have in-depth knowledge and subject matter expertise in the following areas:
• Technological domains such as Life Science
• Elementary knowledge in other technical domains. Ready to gain knowledge in other domains to a certain extent, to further handle projects along with other technical experts.
• Knowledge of Intellectual Property (IP) fundamentals.
• Have knowledge of key terminology, the latest trends, key industry metrics
• Preparation of search reports based on the analysed results.
• Reviewing work products of other team members and handling client communication
• Fair understanding of the patent classification system and how different patents get classified by the PTO offices.
• Experience to handle team(s) and handle projects end-to-end.

Preferred candidate profile

• Coordinate with the client stakeholders to understand project requests, define scope of research, and regularly communicate to provide updates on projects.
• Demonstrate domain knowledge and thought leadership while dealing with client teams.
• Understand the research needs and objectives of clients and conceptualize solutions to fulfill these requirements.
• Take proactive charge of the quality control process and ensure timeline and quality-related SLA adherence.
• Experience in handling IP projects/solutions, via automation and/or third-party tools.
