Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Coordinate end-to-end onboarding process for new hires across business units.
Ensure timely collection and verification of prejoining documents (ID proofs, education, experience letters, etc.).
Track and follow up with candidates on pending documents before and after joining.
Ensure 100% compliance with background verification (BGV) processes.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Excel, HRIS systems, and documentation management.
