Role & responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for international clients.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
- Follow company guidelines, quality standards, and compliance processes.
- Document customer interactions and update CRM systems accurately.
Preferred candidate profile
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Comfortable working in night shifts / rotational shifts.
- Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM tools.
- Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn.
- Prior international voice process / BPO experience is an added advantage

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent English communication skills minimum C1 proficiency.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Voice Process.
- Freshers are not eligible for this role.
- Ability to work night shifts.
