TheCapacity Planning functionsits in the Operations department of our company. Itis responsible formanaging 3rd partyevents process includingcreating schedule dataandenteringintothe testing system. Itis also responsible to ensure thatall client & candidate expectations are met.


The role will act as an advisor to the3rd partypartners offering strategic capacity planning advice with the goal of increasing utilization & volume of testing to the benefit of our company & the3rd partypartners.

Key Activities:

80% Capacity Management

  • Assistwith annual and ongoing client event planning process. Perform associated client data analysis.
    Identifysites to deliver events.
  • Foster relationships with test delivery partnersin order tobuild long term mutually beneficial improvements.
  • Search out areas to focus the teams experience and knowledge with a view to making the most impact.
  • Provide guidance topartners toassistthem to increaseefficiencyand throughput.
  • Manage test centerschedules and blocks to ensure events are processed correctly.
  • Create andmaintaindocumentationof all team tools and processes.
  • Assistwith the development and continuous improvement of the event testing systems and processes.
  • Participate inlong & short termevent planning,schedulingand blocking projects.

10%Data Analysis & Reporting Management

  • Work with Program Managers todeterminethe needs of clients for reports andassistthem in providing information ordeterminerequirements for any enhancements.
  • Coordinate team projects for client and site analysis. Provide Program Managers and Regional TestCenterManagers with summary of information and status or communicate changes.
  • Determineand adjust testing center schedules forevents and communicate with partners.

10% Other duties as assigned
