Position : INTERN Customer Care Executive (Female Freshers Only)
Job Description:
Ensure 100 + Tele-Calling Every day & Pitching Customer for Pitching New customer for Gold Loans
Lead Generation for cross sell product at Branch and ensure the conversion.
Coordinate with different Branch staff & managersfor closure.
Supervising day-to-day operationsin the customerservice department.
Responding to customerservice issues in a timely manner.
Creating effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
The MIS report to CRO and ensure the targets are meet.
Developing customer satisfaction goals and coordinating with the team to meet them on a steady basis.
Maintaining accurate records and documenting all customer service activities and discussions.
Assessing service statistics and preparing detailed reports on your findings.
Hiring and training new customer care Executive
Staying informed on the latest industry techniques and methods.
Requirement:
Bachelors degree Freshers or keen to Build career with Zeal in customer service position in BFSI, Banking
Sales.
Proficiency in Basic Computer Skills
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Good understanding of management practices and techniques.
Excellent leadership and interpersonalskills
