Job Description

Hiring: Quantity Surveyor (Civil)

Location: Gurugram
Experience: 25 Years
Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days

Key Responsibilities:

Quantity take-off and Quantity Surveying for civil works
Preparation and verification of BOQ
Preparation of BBS (Bar Bending Schedule)
RA Bills checking and contractor bill verification
Quantity certification based on site measurements

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of BOQ, BBS, and RA billing
Ability to read civil drawings and perform quantity estimation
Good proficiency in MS Excel
