Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage and support end-to-end onboarding and HR operational activities. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless experience for new joiners, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting induction and compliance processes. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience.
  • Maintain and update onboarding trackers with accurate and timely information.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers, HR team, and candidates to schedule and conduct induction sessions.
  • Collect, verify, and organize onboarding documents; follow up on pending items.
  • Upload documents to shared folders and conduct periodic internal audits for compliance.
  • Accurately capture data from Capco forms into the ELTD system.
  • Prepare onboarding kits, offer letters, and HR letters as per standard formats.
  • Initiate guest pass requests and ensure access readiness for new joiners.
  • Send welcome emails and confirm joining details with candidates.
  • Address and resolve employee queries related to onboarding and HR policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve onboarding processes.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 0 1 years of experience in HR operations, onboarding coordination, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and reporting), Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience conducting induction programs and handling confidential information with discretion.
  • Proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset; team player.
