We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage and support end-to-end onboarding and HR operational activities. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless experience for new joiners, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting induction and compliance processes. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience.
Maintain and update onboarding trackers with accurate and timely information.
Coordinate with hiring managers, HR team, and candidates to schedule and conduct induction sessions.
Collect, verify, and organize onboarding documents; follow up on pending items.
Upload documents to shared folders and conduct periodic internal audits for compliance.
Accurately capture data from Capco forms into the ELTD system.
Prepare onboarding kits, offer letters, and HR letters as per standard formats.
Initiate guest pass requests and ensure access readiness for new joiners.
Send welcome emails and confirm joining details with candidates.
Address and resolve employee queries related to onboarding and HR policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve onboarding processes.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
0 1 years of experience in HR operations, onboarding coordination, or related roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and reporting), Word, and Outlook.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Experience conducting induction programs and handling confidential information with discretion.
Proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset; team player.
