Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr Associate-Data Science with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Generative AI and domain experience in Payer. This role involves leveraging data science techniques to drive insights and innovation contributing to the companys mission of enhancing healthcare solutions. The position operates during the day shift and does not require travel.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement data science models using Generative AI to enhance decision-making processes in the Payer domain.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business solutions.
- Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and present findings to stakeholders.
- Design and execute experiments to test hypotheses and validate models.
- Provide technical expertise in data science methodologies and tools to support project objectives.
- Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing robust data governance practices.
- Monitor and evaluate model performance making adjustments as necessary to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Communicate complex data-driven insights in a clear and concise manner to non-technical audiences.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science and Generative AI to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for data science projects within the organization.
- Support the integration of data science solutions into existing systems and processes.
- Work closely with IT and data engineering teams to ensure seamless data flow and accessibility.
- Drive innovation by exploring new data sources and techniques to enhance analytical capabilities.
Qualifications
- Possess a strong background in Generative AI with proven experience in applying it to real-world problems.
- Demonstrate expertise in the Payer domain understanding its unique challenges and opportunities.
- Hold a degree in Data Science Computer Science or a related field with a focus on advanced analytics.
- Exhibit proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and model development.
- Showcase experience with data visualization tools to effectively communicate insights.
- Have a track record of successfully leading data-driven projects from conception to implementation.
- Display excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about complex issues.
