Role and Responsibilities:

• Active involvement in tendering, procurement & contractual processes
• Handling all commercial activities related to civil projects and maintenance including review and renewal of annual rate contracts of various plant locations.
• Vendor development Sourcing and evaluating vendors in terms of financial stability and competence.
• Tendering / PO related activities -
  • Coordinate with various vendors for floating inquiries, receive quotes, invite them for negotiation
  • Techno-commercial comparison / Rate analysis
  • Finalization of contract
• Generating Purchase Orders in SAP/Ivaua system.
• Coordination with the contractors/vendors, transporters, and site engineers for timely completion of work / delivery of material as per schedule.
• Coordination with site engineers and accounts for timely processing of bills and payments to suppliers and contractors.
• Preparing monthly reports related to commercial activities.

Job Requirements

Educational Qualification

Graduation in Civil preferred

Skills

• Construction/Facility procurement specialization
• SAP/Ivalua, MS-office with proficiency in Excel and Power Point

Experience

• Min 10 to 12 years experience procurement
