Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Bharatnatyam Teacher with 2 to 7 years of experience to teach classes to students from Grade 2 to Grade 12 using a flexible, organic weekly schedule. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Bharatnatyam and excellent teaching skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Teach Bharatnatyam classes to students from Grade 2 to Grade 12.
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to promote student learning and appreciation for the art form.
Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback to improve their understanding of Bharatnatyam concepts.
Collaborate with other teachers to develop and implement curriculum enhancements.
Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of the school's cultural programs.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and growth.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching Bharatnatyam or related field.
Strong knowledge of Bharatnatyam concepts, techniques, and principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to connect with students, parents, and colleagues.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated on best practices in teaching and education.
