Job Description

HR Business Partner (HRBP) ( Local & Female Candidates)

Role & Responsibilities

1. Strategic HR Partnering

  • Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with WIPLs annual business goals, including manpower planning, budgeting, and organizational design.
  • Lead change management initiatives to support organizational growth while maintaining team morale and productivity.
  • Analyze HR metrics such as turnover, time-to-hire, and employee engagement to provide strategic insights and recommendations to leadership.

2. Performance & Talent Management

  • Drive succession planning by identifying high-potential employees and preparing future leadership pipelines.
  • Oversee the implementation of KPIs/OKRs to ensure alignment between individual performance and organizational goals.
  • Identify skill gaps and design Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives to strengthen workforce capabilities.

3. End-to-End People Operations

  • Manage the complete employee lifecycle (Hire-to-Retire), ensuring effective recruitment and employee retention.
  • Ensure smooth execution of payroll, compliance, and grievance management
  • Develop and enhance HR policies to remain compliant, competitive, and aligned with industry standards.

4. Culture & Employer Branding

  • Strengthen WIPLs employer brand, especially as a workplace that supports women professionals.
  • Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive work culture and high retention.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2-7 years in HR, preferably in Strategic HR or HRBP roles.
  • Education: Any Graduate; MBA in HR or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong business understanding, with the ability to connect HR decisions with business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
  • High emotional intelligence, decision-making ability, and problem-solving skills.
