Job Description Collection Executive (Day Shift)

Location: Bellandur
Working Days: 6 days a week with 1 rotational off
Shift: Day Shift

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduates, 12th pass, and freshers are eligible

• Minimum 50% throughout academics

• Maximum age: 30 years

• Must have good communication skills in English and excellent Hindi

Experience & Salary:

• 01 year: 18,000 20,000 per month

• 12 years: 22,000 27,000 per month

• 23 years: 27,000 32,000 per month

Role Overview:

• Responsible for handling collection processes and following up with customers for outstanding payments.

• Maintain good customer interaction while resolving payment-related queries.

• Ensure timely recovery and maintain proper documentation of collection activities.
