Location: Bangalore
Process: Domestic Debt Collection / Recovery
Salary Structure
Freshers: 16,000 per month (approx. 1.9 LPA)
Experienced: 24,000 per month (approx. 2.8 - 3 LPA)
Incentives: Performance-based (can significantly increase your monthly take-home).
Key Responsibilities
Customer Contact: Making outbound calls to customers who have overdue loan payments.
Negotiation: Convincing customers to repay their outstanding amounts and negotiating suitable payment plans.
Education: Explaining the benefits of a good credit history (CIBIL score) and the consequences of late payments.
Documentation: Updating daily call logs and remarks in the CRM system regarding the customers response and payment commitments.
Follow-ups: Managing a schedule to follow up with customers who promised to pay on a specific date.
Eligibility & Requirements
Education: 12th Pass or Graduate (preferred).
Languages: Must be fluent in English and Hindi. Knowledge of South Indian languages (Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu) is a major plus.
Skills: * Strong communication and "convincing power."
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and difficult customers.
Basic computer skills (Excel and CRM usage).
Experience: * Freshers: Open to those with good communication skills.
Experienced: Candidates with 12 years in BPO collections or telesales are preferred for the higher salary bracket.
Work Environment
Shift Timings: Usually Day Shift (e.g., 9:30 AM 6:30 PM).
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sundays are typically fixed off).
Interview Process: Usually consists of a HR round followed by an Operations/Managerial round focusing on your communication and negotiation skills
