Job Description

    Job Responsibilities:
    Contact potential customers via phone to promote products/services.
    Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
    Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
    Maintain and update customer databases.
    Follow up with interested prospects and close sales.
    Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
    Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of customers.
    Required Skills:
    Excellent communication and convincing skills.
    Strong negotiation and sales skills.
    Target-driven and self-motivated.
    Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    Eligibility Criteria:
    Graduate/Undergraduate (any stream).
    1 years of experience in B2C/Inside Sales.
