Job Description
We are looking for a skilled NodeJS Backend Developer with 6 to 10 years of experience to design and build enterprise web services for our Digital Banking platform in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Node.js and the surrounding ecosystem, exceptional proficiency with Javascript and Typescript, and good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Roles and Responsibility
- Design and build enterprise web services for the Digital Banking platform.
- Collaborate with various development teams to define, design, and develop libraries/components/frameworks.
- Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.
- Resolve bugs and improve application performance.
- Continuously discover and evaluate new technologies to expand features and improve Digital Banking technology platforms.
- Develop high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related subject (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering).
- Hands-on experience with Node.js and the surrounding ecosystem (express.js, Strongloop, etc.).
- Exceptional proficiency with Javascript and Typescript.
- Experience in web development (HTML5, ES6, CSS, webpack).
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills, able to determine the approximate impact of each issue quickly.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
