Job Description
Role Overview:
The Medical Representative is responsible for promoting and selling the companys pharmaceutical and OTC products to doctors, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote the companys products to doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Conduct regular doctor visits and product presentations.
- Ensure product availability at pharmacies and distributors.
- Organize CME programs, doctor meetings, and product awareness activities.
- Collect market feedback, competitor information, and customer insights.
- Maintain daily call reports and sales reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in science / pharmacy / Life Sciences
- 03 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales (Freshers can also apply if applicable).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to do field work and travel within the assigned territory.

Preferred:
- Experience in Pharma / OTC
- Candidates must have a two-wheeler and driving license to perform this role.
- This role requires frequent field travel.
