REQUIREMENTS:
- 4-7 years of experience in Data Science or Machine Learning.
- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with Machine Learning algorithms and model development.
- Experience with ML frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Familiarity with Generative AI / LLM technologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Knowledge of ML Ops tools and model deployment workflows is a plus.
- Experience in recommendation systems or personalization engines.
- Knowledge of RAG architectures and conversational AI.
- Exposure to supply chain analytics, demand forecasting, or consumer analytics.
- Familiarity with Docker, APIs, and microservices architecture
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and deploy machine learning models for forecasting, recommendation systems, customer segmentation, and predictive analytics.
- Perform data exploration, feature engineering, and model evaluation using large datasets.
- Implement algorithms using frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Build personalization and recommendation engines for digital and e-commerce applications.
- Apply statistical analysis and experimentation techniques (A/B testing) to evaluate model performance.
- Work on LLM-based applications including chatbots, conversational AI, and RAG-based systems.
- Develop AI-powered search and knowledge retrieval systems.
- Implement GenAI solutions using tools such as LangChain, Azure OpenAI, or open-source LLMs.
- Build and maintain data pipelines and ML workflows.
- Deploy models using MLOps tools and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate ML models into production systems.
- Work with product managers and business teams to understand use cases and deliver data-driven insights.
- Present analytical findings and model results to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
