Job Summary
We are looking for Medical Coders with experience in ICD-10 and CPT coding to support our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations. The role involves reviewing patient medical records, assigning appropriate diagnostic and procedural codes, and ensuring compliance with US healthcare and insurance guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Review patient charts and clinical documentation to assign accurate ICD-10 and CPT codes
- Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with medical coding guidelines and insurance regulations
- Work closely with clinical teams to clarify incomplete or unclear documentation
- Maintain high standards of data accuracy and confidentiality
- Follow company policies and maintain compliance with healthcare documentation standards
- Support process improvements and contribute to team productivity and quality standards
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Medical Coding, ICD-10 and CPT codes
- Understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes
- Experience in medical billing, insurance claims, or healthcare documentation
- Good analytical and attention-to-detail skills
- Ability to review and interpret clinical records and patient charts
