Job Description

Your Impact:

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Software Engineer with strong programming skills and a keen interest in Artificial Intelligence . The ideal candidate should be eager to quickly learn and apply AI technologies , particularly in Generative and Agentic AI . You will work with senior engineers to build AI-based solutions leveraging Python , Java , and have knowledge on LangChain and LlamaIndex , along with PostgreSQL as a vector database.

What the role offers:

Develop and maintain AI components and services using Python and Java .
Support the creation and optimization of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
Apply Prompt Engineering techniques to refine and optimize AI responses.
Gain hands-on exposure to Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and NLP .
Continuously learn and adapt to emerging AI frameworks and tools .

What you need to succeed:

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Applications, or Computer Science.
9- 13 years of software development experience.
Proficiency in Python and Java , with strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
Exposure to Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and NLP .
Knowledge on LangChain and LlamaIndex frameworks.
Exposure in vector databases (PostgreSQL) is an added advantage.
Exposure in UI design using AngularJS or React is an added advantage.
Ability to quickly learn and apply new AI frameworks and technologies .
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
