Executive Information Technology
Location: Sakinaka / Bhiwandi
Department: Information Technology
Working time: 9:30AM - 6:00PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (All Sunday's off)

Job Summary:
As an IT Executive, you are the backbone of our digital operations. You will balance hands-on technical support with high-level asset governance and regional project rollouts. This isn't just a "helpdesk" role; you will be a key player in ensuring our branches are compliant and our corporate technology initiatives are executed seamlessly across the region.
What You'll Do
1. Infrastructure & User Support
- Provide end-to-end Hardware & Software support for on-site and remote employees.
- Troubleshoot networking issues (LAN/WAN), VPN connectivity, and peripheral devices.
- Manage the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of workstations, servers, and mobile devices.
2. Strategic Asset Management
- Maintain a rigorous IT Asset Register, tracking the lifecycle of all hardware and software licenses.
- Manage procurement cycles, vendor relationships, and warranty renewals.
- Optimize asset utilization to reduce unnecessary corporate overhead.
3. Compliance & Branch Audits
- Conduct periodic IT Audits across various branch locations to ensure adherence to corporate security policies.
- Verify software compliance and ensure no unauthorized applications are in use.
- Document audit findings and implement corrective actions for any identified vulnerabilities.
4. Project Implementation
- Act as the local lead for Corporate & Regional IT Projects (e.g., ERP migrations, security patches, or hardware refreshes).
- Coordinate with regional stakeholders to ensure local implementations align with global standards.
What You Bring to the Table
- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 14 years of experience in IT operations or systems administration.
- Technical Knowledge: * Strong grip on Windows/Mac OS and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Basic understanding of networking protocols and cybersecurity best practices.
- The "Audit" Mindset: Exceptional attention to detail and a process-oriented approach to documentation.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel to branch locations for audits and project rollouts as required.
