Job Description
We are seeking a detailoriented and proactive Business Analyst to support requirements gathering, process documentation, and stakeholder collaboration across multiple teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, handson experience in requirement elicitation, and familiarity with PSA/portfolio management tools (preferred, not mandatory).
Your Role
- Conduct requirement elicitation through interviews, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
- Translate business needs into clear user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze complex problems and propose viable solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Create and maintain Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) and Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
- Develop process flows, workflow diagrams, and BPMN models to document current and future state processes.
- Ensure documentation is accurate, versioncontrolled, and aligned with project goals.
- Use Jira for backlog management, sprint planning, and requirement tracking.
- Utilize Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis, reporting, and documentation.
- Perform basic SQL queries to validate data, support investigations, and interpret dashboards or reports.
- Familiarity with PSA (Professional Services Automation) or portfolio management tools is a strong plus.
Your profile
- Strong experience in business analysis, requirements elicitation, and documentation.
- Handson experience with Jira and Excel/Sheets.
- Basic SQL knowledge for data validation.
- Ability to interpret dashboards and derive meaningful insights.
- Proficiency in creating process flows and BPMN diagrams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with crossfunctional teams in agile environments.
