Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Supervising HVAC / MEP Jobs - Pan India Basis -

Engineering, Planning, Procurement, Project Execution, Erection, Installation, Testing & Commissioning and Handing over of Centralized HVAC system (both Hiside & lowside)

including Chillers & Chilled water system, VRF system, Ventilation system, Air washers, dehumidifiers, Scrubbers, etc

Maintaining sincere relationship with the customers satisfying them by completing the Quality Job On time & cost effective

Responsible for timely submittals & approvals, Billing and Revenue generation, without loss & damages

Materials indenting, receiving, storing safely and proper utilization at site

Site Statutory Compliance

Preferred candidate profile

FRESHERS ARE ALLOWED

Having good personality to handle all the contractors well

Ready to work at Site

Having good Job knowledge and methodology of execution

Being fluent in English & Hindi

Ready to travel to other projects for site inspection, review meetings & for all important client meetings, etc. whenever required

Having two wheeler for the local travelling / transport cost will be refunded

Dynamic & self driven
