Job Description:

• Experience in Manual Testing.
• Proficient with ticketing tools like JIRA for defect tracking and management.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office or Google Suite, especially Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
• Basic understanding of SQL for data extraction.
• Experience in using root cause analysis techniques (5 Whys, Fishbone diagram) to identify defect origins.
• Exceptional English reading and writing skillsability to understand complex defect reports and write clear bug descriptions.
• Strong logical reasoning and attention to detail to identify critical defects and missing information.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple defect triage activities simultaneously.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and QA/testing fundamentals.
• Comfortable using smartphones, virtual platforms, and remote collaboration tools._________________________________________________
