Job Description
Job Summary :
We are hiring a Technical Sales Associate Chat Process (Non-Voice) to manage 100% chat-based interactions with international customers. The role focuses on Sales, Upselling, and Cross-Selling of technical products such as domains, web hosting, email solutions, SSL certificates, and website builder services.
The ideal candidate will have a strong sales mindset, excellent written communication skills, and the ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Job Roles & Responsibilities :
- Handle customer interactions via 100% chat support (Non-Voice Process)
- Promote and sell technical products including:
- Domains
- Web Hosting
- Business Email Solutions
- SSL Certificates
- Website Builder Solutions
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions
- Perform effective upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue
- Maintain professional and clear written communication with international clients
- Ensure high customer satisfaction levels
- Adhere to company policies, sales targets, and process guidelines
- Achieve monthly revenue and performance targets
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: HSC / Graduation
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of International Sales Experience (Mandatory)
Mandatory Skills :
- Strong sales and customer handling skills
- Proven experience in upselling and cross-selling
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Ability to handle international customers
- Target-driven and revenue-focused approach
- Basic understanding of technical / IT products (Preferred)
Process Details :
- Process Type: 100% Non-Voice (Chat Process)
- Shift Timings: 24/7 Rotational Shifts ( US Shifts)
- Weekly Offs: 2 Rotational Weekly Offs | 5 Days Work a Week.
Additional Requirements:
- Only candidates residing in Mumbai / Navi Mumbai are eligible to apply
- Kalyan and Panvel ( 1.5 KMS from Station )
- Must be willing to work from the Airoli office location.
- Immediate joiners preferred
