Job Description

DevOps Engineer

Design and manage automated CI/CD pipelines (dev prod)
Implement secure one-click deployments with rollback capability
Embed security and compliance gates into release workflows
Ensure environment consistency using IaC and drift detection
Troubleshoot deployment issues and improve reliability
Define release standards and support technical roadmap
Mentor team members on automation best practices

Skills: CI/CD, ArgoCD/Flux/Azure DevOps, Kubernetes & Helm, Terraform, scripting (Bash/PowerShell/Python), policy-as-code, cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP)

Targets: 99% deployment success, automated rollback 15 mins, 80% reduction in manual steps
