Job Description


We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled candidates for the International Voice Process. The candidate will be responsible for handling international customer calls and providing excellent customer support.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle inbound/outbound calls with international customers.

  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries.

  • Maintain a professional and courteous approach while communicating with clients.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Follow company processes and quality guidelines.

Requirements:


  • C1 Level English Proficiency (Advanced English Communication Skills).

  • Minimum 6 months of exp is required.

  • Freshers are not Eligible
  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to handle international customers professionally.

  • Ability to work night shifts.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
