Shift: US Timings (Approx. 5:00 PM 2:00 AM IST)
Experience: 5 - 10 years in B2B Inside Sales
Compensation: Up to 10 LPA (Fixed) + Quarterly Performance Incentives

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Inside Sales Executive to drive our growth in the North American market. This is a critical hunter role where you will be responsible for generating new leads, qualifying high-value opportunities, and setting meetings for our field sales team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive professional with a deep understanding of B2B sales cycles, especially within the IT services or SaaS landscape, and a proven track record of engaging the US audience.
