Project Management Professional @ Siemens

• Project Management of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Localization Projectsfor low-voltage products in industry, power distribution and final distribution applications.
• The success of PLM/Localization Projects is one of the key drivers for the success of our Business Segment. Project Manager is a core role in our overall Business Segment organization to ensure the success of our portfolio and business.

Tasks:

• Project Lead of PLM and Localization Projects for low-voltage products in industry, power distribution and final distribution applications.
• Planning and tracking of resources, invest, timeline and cost as well as measures for productivity improvement.
• Leading professionally international project teams. In doing so ensuring compliance with Siemens-internal processes and conducting risk management.
• Sorting of requirements, defining of work packages for the PLM team members and coordinating of cooperation within the project team as well as with Segment-external partners.
• Structured preparing of assigned topics, preparing of management decisions, taking technical and commercial decisions within the project order.
• Project reporting within the Segment and/or Steering Committee.

Responsibilities:

The Project Manager is responsible for the project results in terms of
R&D Budget, Investment Budget, Product Performance, Product Cost, Quality and Timeline.

Candidate Profile

• Technical or engineering studies
• 8-10 years experience and practice in traditional and agile product developmentand/or in localization of products
• Entrepreneur mindset
• Leadership skills to lead the project team
• Interpersonal skills to arrange the support needed
• Strength in systematic and well-organized work
• Teamwork, creativity and flexibility skills to drive and solve tasks
• Self-contained work and ability to communicate incl. moderation and presentation techniques
• Intercultural experience to work with international teams
