Hi ,
We are looking for a creative individual to handle customer escalations on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. You will manage sensitive issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience through timely and professional responses

Job Title/ Designation - Sr. Customer Service Associate - Social Process
Process - Telecom
Location - Noida, Sector 62
Days of working 5 Days a week / Rotational off and shifts
Remuneration: Up to 3.25 LPA +PLI Twice a Year+ Night shift allowances +Medical Insurance
Qualification - Graduation is MandatoryExperience - Min 1 Year Experience in customer service, handled social Media Escalations on linkedin, Facebook, Instagram current or previous.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handling customer queries on social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc.
Handling customer escalations/grievances.
Handling social media escalations on social media platforms.
Providing resolution to the customers.
